Dr. K. V. Bhat

Dr. K. V. Bhat holds an MSc in Agriculture and a PhD in Watershed Management. With extensive experience in agricultural banking and government initiatives, he has worked on groundwater recharge and service procurement. He has served as a consultant to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of Karnataka (GoK). Notably, he played a key role in introducing the first drip irrigation system in Karnataka. As an advisory member of Gramajanya, he provides expertise in sustainable water management and agricultural development.
